Fully automatic, highly compact and effective, Synod Waste Composting Machine addresses the waste management needs of residential and commercial spaces. Built with sturdy materials, the machine uses micro-organisms to break down organic wet waste into compost in a natural and biological environment, with volume reduction of 85-90%.
Fitted with a humidity sensor, heater, mixing blades and an exhaust system, our composting machine is a wonderful way to convert organic waste (which otherwise goes into landfills), into nutrient enriched fertilizer, several times better than natural manure that can be used to grow fruits and flowering plants.

HOW IT IS WORKS?
Synod organic waste composting unit is a fully automatic and highly compact machine that uses special microorganisms to break down and decompose all kinds of organic waste into compost with a volume reduction of 85-90%. Built with a humidity sensor, heater, mixing blades and an exhaust system, the composter manages wet waste naturally and biologically. Organic waste is first added to the machine. Moisture is sensed by the humidity sensor, due to which the heater turns ON and the composting tank gets heated. Water content in the organic waste then gets evaporated and escapes as water vapour through the exhaust system. Loss of 70-80% water content in organic waste, is responsible for 70-80% volume reduction at this stage itself.
Simultaneously, the special microorganisms decompose organic waste into compost, responsible for a further 10-15% volume reduction. The in-built blades further aid in even mixing of the waste.
